School Projects

Alfred Omenya AHS ’89
An Architect and academic, he won the Gandhi Nidhi and Crown Berger Awards for the top Architecture student at the University of Nairobi (UoN) in 1997. He graduated with a Masters Degree in Architecture with distinctions in all subjects at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), where he also won the award for the top postgraduate student in the School of Architecture and Planning. His PhD research at Wits won the Institute of Housing of South Africa prize for research in 2004. He has taught at the UoN and currently teaches at Wits. He also consults for Urban Research Foundation in the U.K.
